Be the best version of yourself right now
In 1977, Richard Bandler and John Grinder, The Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) founders proved change to be instantaneous. Yet, some forty-four years on, many still spend up to a year and beyond with ‘traditional’ techniques.
With NLP, past events can be re-written whilst preserving learnings, so you enjoy a happy present and a bright future.
My guarantee: You do not pay for a session if you are not satisfied.
So, what issues can be addressed? Here is a non exhaustive list for your information:
What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) does not use any form of medication, is risk free, non invasive and has no side effects. Results can be instantaneous. Change is achieved by regulating and normalising the body’s energy meridians to alter emotions, thoughts and behaviours. EFT can be successful where other therapies have failed.
This curious procedure with frequent instantaneous results often baffles the most seasoned health practitioners. Dr Patricia Carrington, clinical psychologist and associate professor at Robert wood Johnson Medical School, Jersey, says of it:
“a method as effective as EFT seemed totally unrealistic to me before I adopted it in my practice“
It is also used to re-write the past, resulting in happy present a bright future.
What is Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)?
NLP is a system that educates people in self-awareness and effective communication, to change their patterns of mental and emotional behaviour. Founded by doctors Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, NLP is a very effective and lasting form of therapy, capable of addressing a full range of problems, such as phobias, depression and compulsive habits.
What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is not, as commonly thought, a state resembling sleep, but a wakeful state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, with diminished awareness of surroundings.
You expect life coaching to be life changing, and rightly so. Do you feel trapped, weighed down, burdened, frozen, stuck or confused with no way out? And do you want to change the way you react to people and to situations? So, what is blocking you, and are you ready to magically become what you want to be, right now?
As up to 90% of all communication in non verbal, I do not do telephone consultations. Let me explain why: People needing help routinely send out simultaneous messages conflicting with their verbal utterances. Also, a face to face session enables the use of methods feasible only with a physical presence, with astounding outcomes.
To recap, is there anything that you want to do, and can do, but don’t do, or something you do that you wish you didn’t?
