Be the best version of yourself right now

In 1977, Richard Bandler and John Grinder, The Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) founders proved change to be instantaneous. Yet, some forty-four years on, many still spend up to a year and beyond with ‘traditional’ techniques.

What is Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)?

NLP is a system that educates people in self-awareness and effective communication, to change their patterns of mental and emotional behaviour. Founded by doctors Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, NLP is a very effective and lasting form of therapy, capable of addressing a full range of problems, such as phobias, depression and compulsive habits.

Life Coaching

You expect life coaching to be life changing, and rightly so. Do you feel trapped, weighed down, burdened, frozen, stuck or confused with no way out? And do you want to change the way you react to people and to situations? So, what is blocking you, and are you ready to magically become what you want to be, right now?

As up to 90% of all communication in non verbal, I do not do telephone consultations. Let me explain why: People needing help routinely send out simultaneous messages conflicting with their verbal utterances. Also, a face to face session enables the use of methods feasible only with a physical presence, with astounding outcomes.

To recap, is there anything that you want to do, and can do, but don’t do, or something you do that you wish you didn’t?
